CCCU COVID-19 Resources

With the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we want to reassure you that CCCU is proactively taking the necessary steps to protect our members, employees, and community as much as possible. Our employees are practicing social distancing, we have cancelled all work-related travel and we are using hospital-grade cleaning products to sanitize high touch points every hour. The branches have also installed plexi-glass protective barriers at each teller station.

While our branches are open, please consider using our other banking options before visiting a branch. You can contact the phone center (702-228-2228), use the chat feature on this website or send a secure message through online banking, get the CCCU mobile app or use one of our ATMs (or the 30,000 free ATMs in the Co-Op network) for your banking needs, such as:

  • Depositing checks
  • Paying bills
  • Applying for a loan
  • Withdrawing cash
  • Opening a new account or loan application

Your financial goals and dreams are what keep us motivated every single day, and together, we will get through this ever-changing situation. We have gathered this list of resources for you including financial resources, loan assistance, health updates and hotlines and crisis lines. Thank you for being a member of Clark County Credit Union!

At your credit union, if accounts are overdrawn, any deposits are automatically applied to cover negative balances. However, we are committed to ensuring you have full access to your CARES Act stimulus funds. Please contact us if you have questions or need further information on how we can help you.
