The Call Center’s operational hours are Monday through Friday 7am-7pm. This position we are filling is a hybrid hourly full-time position from 10:05am to 7:05pm. New Accounts SupervisorUnder the direction of the AVP of Branch Operations, the New Accounts Supervisor position is responsible for efficiently supervising the daily operations and assigned employees of the new accounts team. They will also assume the new account team management role during the absence of the AVP of Branch Operations. The New Accounts Supervisor also assists in coaching the staff to achieve the departmental and credit union goals while ensuring the compliance and accuracy of new accounts being opened by the new accounts team. Financial Operations Specialist IIThe Financial Operations Specialist reports to and assists the VP of Operations and Financial Operations Team Lead with the day-to-day, monthly, and yearend Financial Operations team functions. Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wires, business transactions including electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH), share draft processing, ATM and Mobile deposits, and IRA and deceased account maintenance. Maintain an overall knowledge of the operations functions of the organization, having the ability to complete tasks in the department as needed. Senior Web DeveloperThe Senior Web Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining high quality web applications and APIs for business units across the organization. This may be achieved by integrating 3rd party applications and/or creating new web applications and APIs in-house. Collaborates with business units to ensure that applications are created and maintained to fulfill business requirements. Mortgage Loan OfficerThe Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells Clark County Credit Union (CCCU) products to meet established loan quality and production goals. |
